On May 24th, Mrs. Taowen XUE, Managing Director of Catalonia Trade & Investment Shanghai Representative, together with two officers, accompanied by Dr. Hui WU, founder and CEO of the iCCAMT, met with the Nanjing Investment Promotion Bureau.

During the meeting, both sides had a brief exchange on the current development and key industries of Nanjing and Catalonia. The two parties discussed future cooperation, which will jointly promote the development of Industry-University-Academy cooperation between Nanjing, China, and Catalonia, Spain, strengthen international communication and cooperation.

Later, the delegation arrived at the iCCAMT Nanjing. Catalonia Trade & Investment and iCCAMT have reached a preliminary cooperation intention after talk. During the meeting, Dr. Wu said that iCCAMT and Catalonia Trade & Investment Shanghai Representative, as a bridge of international cooperation, will create more opportunities for transnational cooperation between the two countries, which is vital after pandemic.

Last year, iCCAMT has signed a strategy cooperation MOU with Biocat, both agreed to develop and implement joint collaboration in biotechnology and healthcare fields between China and Catalonia, Spain. This meeting will strengthen the cooperation between two countries in accelerating the tech transfer and project implement, especially in the key development fields.
